FEAP 3C- Identify gaps in students subject matter knowledge

This semester, I have worked closely with my MT as well as other teachers and data collectors in the school. After the semester, I went to a data chat meeting with the head of reading, the principal, and the first-grade team. This meeting allowed us to discuss each student, their gaps, and what we can do to support them in the classroom.

After this meeting, we worked at moving students to and from small groups to better support their learning.

Throughout the year, I have looked at students' progress through dibbles and test scores to identify gaps in student knowledge.
