I have managed the individual classroom behaviors though a well-planned management system.

In my most recent lesson, lining students up to go to lunch. During this routine I had to manage individual classroom behaviors though a planned management system. I first had to make a plan and carry out the behavior plan throughout the lesson.

One part of my plan was to get the students lined up in a single file line, quietly, so we can go down the hallway. I understood that I would have to use hand signals to remind and manage the student's behavior.

In this picture, I used a hand signal to remind the students to stay quiet in the hallway. I also waved to the line leader indicating they were allowed to go.
