FEAP 1e- Uses diagnostic student data to plan lessons

I have worked with my MT as well as going to data collection meetings for this group of students. In these conversations, we discuss students' test scores and how to plan lessons based on the gaps our students are facing. In our recent data chat, We redesigned small groups based on the reading test scores and what areas students needed help with.

For my second supervisor observation, I used the data to differentiate my lesson. I did this so all students would succeed no matter where they were at.
