I have collaborated with my colleges, my MT, and others in the building to evaluate learning outcomes from the fall semester.

I have worked with my MT as well as going to data collection meetings for this group of students. In these conversations, we discuss students' test scores and how to plan lessons based on the gaps our students are facing. In our recent data chat, We redesigned small groups based on the reading test scores and what areas students needed help with.

I was not able to take any photos during the data collection since it was a private meeting.

Here are photos from my data collection with my MT, where we went over each student and their progress.
